Our Approach
Our primary aim when working with Specsavers was to ensure the customer experience felt effortless.



We were seeking to empower customer service staff with a solution that allowed them to greet customers, input or search their details and then either check them in for their eye appointment or assist them with glasses fitting.

Ultimately, we drew on leading tablet stand solutions that allowed customers to enjoy personalised service from the point of greeting right through to the moment they concluded their business in-store.
