Located in Melbourne’s western suburb of Maribyrnong, Highpoint Shopping Centre is home to Rebel Sports brand new RXC store. Sabel has fitted out many of Rebel’s stores with our smart lock systems to improve their customer service and increase sales by giving their staff quick access to merchandise without compromising the security of the products.

Mission

Rebel Sports mission for their latest RCX store was to create a high retail customer experience in each department. Sabel helped make this a reality by providing industry-leading cabinet locks that don’t require power in the benches, but allows each associate to safely assist customers quickly when required.

Our Approach

To meet Rebels needs, we provided them with the Cam Lock which is really easy and quick to install to their Tech Bar cabinetry.

This lock can be mounted on wood, glass, metal and acrylic pull-out doors and drawers, and no batteries or power is required.

Cam Lock allows sales associates immediate access to locked display cabinets, delivering a more timely response to customers with enhanced interaction and increased sales.

The Cam Cabinet Lock is part of the OneKEY Ecosystem, so Rebel’s associates have the ability to safely open and access merchandise on display ensuring that store associate always has the right key at the right time. The key times out after 12 hours eliminating the risk of theft if keys are lost or stolen.

The locks are equipped with InVue’s PowerTouch technology, meaning that a simple touch of the OneKEY transfers power to activate the lock, ensuring no re-keying of locks when keys are lost, broken or stolen.
